Raymond Ho

Raymond Ho, AIA, is a licensed architect in the Tri-State area with more than 35 years of design experience. As the founder and principal of Devote Architecture & Design Studio, he leads a practice committed to creating sustainable, human-centered environments that enhance well-being and elevate everyday life.

Before establishing his own practice, Raymond worked at renowned architectural firms Gensler and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), where he contributed to several of New York City’s most significant architectural landmarks, including 7 World Trade Center, the Bear Stearns Building, and the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle. These formative experiences shaped his commitment to design excellence and deepened his understanding of the city’s urban fabric.

Raymond has also worked extensively with leading New York City real estate companies, whose portfolios span premier residential and commercial buildings across the city. His comprehensive knowledge of complex building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes ensures smooth project execution in project delivery and closeout.
